Hi I would like to know whether we can directly upgrade from ARS 7603 (hot fix version - FCS MWRT SW00401937) to ARS 7604 SP4 while ITSM remains in 7603? any known errors or compatibility issues between ARS 7604 SP4 and ITSM 7603?
