This often happens to all the overlay forms(on which any custom field is added) after Upgrade. We do need to reconcile these forms by following way: 1. Create a copy of the current view by Duplicate view (Standard default) 2. Delete view overlay of the distorted view (After this you must see Original view of the form) 3. Save the form, Go to the Duplicate view we created in step 1. 4. Create the view overlay of the original view. 5. Add all the custom fields from duplicate view onto the original view and then save.
