YES.  Known issue with the RKM original product in release 7.5. We have seen 
this at a client where the platform is still at 7.5 and ITSM is at 7.6. Since 
RKM 7.5 is no longer a current product I doubt they'll fix it. 

This is corrected in the releases of Knowledge Management where KM is moved 
into the AR System... 7.6.3 (I think) or greater.
