Totally fits. It just makes sense. If I were SAP, I wouldn't let it happen... therefore... bidding war over Remedy and relevant pieces between the 2 companies. Who will win? I think Oracle because they have a better balance sheet. Plus, Larry Ellison just loves to stick it to competitors. And SAP has got to be at the top of his list.
