I would suggest that you look at the first non-imported record. Make sure it doesn't have any strange characters, too many or too few fields, there are no unique constraints being 'broken' (GUIDs, C1 values, Unique indexes on the form). If that doesn't work, copy the arx to a new file and delete the rows that did import the first time, and try importing this second file.
