How would you classify mid-sized?
ITSMaaS or SaaS could be the right answer as well, so they get the full functionality of the ITSM suite without the upfront investment. IMHO ServiceNow, Footprint, etc. don't come close for development of new applications, functionality and features, completeness of the solution.
