This is a 6 month contract-to-hire position where the client is expecting the resource to accept a full time offer after the initial contract period.
This position will provide the Remedy Systems Team with a Programmer/Analyst supporting the Remedy and Service Request Center (SRC) systems. Excellent communication, proven system analysis, technical, analytic and programming skills will weigh heavily in the favor of any applicant. The position is involved in the entire project development life cycle, which may include conferring with users to establish requirements, working with team members during design, development, testing and continuing support. Additional responsibilities include support of third-party software designing and maintenance of existing code and system enhancements. This person will be designing and developing SRC forms and must excel in the configuration and support of Remedy "out of the box" solution. Qualified candidates will have at minimum 5 years pure Remedy development experience, an understanding of ITIL practices and CMDB.
