We have Remedy (via Internet Explorer) hosted on Citrix. It's sort of doubling down because we use it for people who have virtual desktops, because there is a defect in our VDI software (possibly another Citrix product) that causes IE to not work correctly on complex websites such as the Mid Tier if you have a certain option enabled (which we do.) The added benefits are that people can access Remedy via whatever device they want that has Citrix, it also bypasses some weird cross domain issues we have, and it's a fairly consistent experience. The negative side is that attachments are a pain because you can't really download things and open them on your client, so we need one or more copies of every piece of software that you might need to open (primarily MS Office and a PDF viewer) installed in Citrix as well.

We are seeing a gradual acceptance of thin clients as one of the mainstream platforms. Who is using Remedy for the citrix client? Briefly, what kind of results have you had?
