Matthew, The only way it could be coming from your ip is if you are using a Mid-Tier on your machine. When looking at the arplugin log file, if you have everything set at the proper levels, you should be able to see what IP the login attempt is coming from, if you trace that IP, is it the IP of the Mid-Tier server having problems?
