We are load testing ITSM 764 using a tool from HP. The script is working well and simulates a user logging in, moving to the new incident form, filling out a ticket and clicking Save. We have set up 50 concurrent sessions and had it running for 10 minutes. For ease of set we have been using the same Remedy login creating a new Web session for each.
Does it matter that we use the same login and would it make a performance difference if we used a unique login for each session?
