On performing a Search, and getting results panel, the selected ticket appears in Modify mode.... how to automate' change to display mode'? A user group post says close and reopen the window with Active Link. OK I wrote (complicated) workflow to do that & it works....I am prob overlooking an easier method... Thanks!
