I am trying to get an attachment to always show in an attachment field each time a new request in opened, to be used as a template. I need to have this attachment available to the user to view, but not to delete or modify. They need to attach their own attachment on the second attachment field. I can't seemed to find a way to have a template show by default. Any ideas?
