Can anybody provide specifics of what the issues are with incoming email and Exchange 2010/2013? We have both ARS 7.6.04 and ARS 8.0 using MAPIwith Exchange 2010 and I am not aware of any issues. We did not however upgrade the Outlook client installed on the Remedy servers. We are keeping those on Outlook 2007.
