For another issue, I had an issue with 7.6.4 earlier this week where Escalations wouldn't run against a View Form. When I searched the BMC Support knowledge base, the first result was useful, concise, and had an attached hotfix for the issue. I'm not saying that this is the result of privatization or anything like that, but lately they have been more responsive than they have been in several years and I think they deserve some credit for that.
