Hi All, Can anyone please help to point my mistake? We are trying to bring-up an Incident by passing 'Incident ID*+' in the URL, like https://itsm.india.aon.bz/arsys/servlet/ViewFormServlet?form=HPD%3AHelp+Desk&server=itsmapp76.hewitt.com&F1000000161=INC000000655406 where F1000000161 is the field ID of 'Incident ID*+'. It bring-up the Incident form in search mode with no data. However, if we pass eid in URL, it work properly https://itsm.india.aon.bz/arsys/servlet/ViewFormServlet?form=HPD%3AHelp+Desk&server=itsmapp76.hewitt.com&eid=INC000000655406 Can you please help me understand why first method is not working?
