I am trying to install BMC Configuration Drift Management 7.5 on ARS/CMDB
7.6.03 (Solaris 10/Oracle 11g). A few minutes after the installer stops and
restarts the ARS system, it quits with this error:

SHUTDOWN REQUESTED
RepositoryManager: repository successfully written to stable storage
cleanUp()
calling cleanUpUNIX()
Exiting with exit code: 1

There is a KA381577
(https://kb.bmc.com/infocenter/index?page=content&id=S:KA381577) that tells you
how to trick the installer by canceling it and then resuming the installation
after verifying that the ARS server has been fully started., but that doesn't
work for me.

I have a ticket open to BMC support. The support hasn't been able to identify
the cause of the issue and it's been escalated to the SME. Has anyone
experience this install problem before?

Thanks,
Eric
