Absolutely, bring logs, bring laptops with the system on it showing the problem, bring problems you are having. That is what we are there for. BUT ALSO, bring your interesting "how would I approach this" or "what do you think about xxx" or "what is the best way to yyy" type questions. These too are what we are there for. We have a team coordinated and ready to help however we can with whatever your questions are. I do warn you we will struggle with questions like "what is the meaning of life", but we are willing to give it a shot!
