Hi Drew/Jenny, The Computer System ITSM/Atrium form (AST:ComputerSystem) is a multi-level join form. Each of the underlying base forms use a few different indexes (composite or single field indexes)....but...the common unique index they use is the 'InstanceId' field (field ID 179). The "AST:ComputerSystem" form is joined to the "AST:Attributes" form using the "ReconciliationIdentity" field (Field ID 400129200). All of the Atrium related lower level base forms use the 'InstanceId' as their primary unique index.
