In 7.0.03 ITSM, when I attempt to use Copy to New option to copy an incident content from a saved incident (assigned status), it throws a strange error.
The value doesn't fall within the specified limits (maximum limit 255 characters) - Search bar How does the search bar comes here when the incident form in New mode? Any idea...
