Hi Team, We are using out-of the box functionality of approving request from email, when I approve request from outlook it works perfectly,but I approve request from mobile(smartphone), Its not executing modify action in AP:Details-Signature form, request still keep in "Pending" Approval Status. ARS/ITSM 8.1 Database: SQL ServerOS: Windows Server 8
