My company uses Analytics, but we have our own environment used for more than just Remedy, so our reporting team got in touch with BMC and got the definition of the BMC universe rather than trying to use the installer. I think for your reporting team (if you have any Business Objects experts in house) can figure out if it's going to work or not.
