In order to sychronize, you will either have to:
(a) Use the underlying database replication services to replicate your active database to your "Analytics" database (probably the easiest)
(b) Use tools like "RRRChive" to move data from one database to another. You only have to move a subset of tables for the ITSM universe, the Analytics documentation contains which ones.
