If the Status reason is being audited you can get the details from the Audit 
log. If it is not make this modification of the field using RDS. The Status 
field is already being Audited.

I want to fetch the specific values from status reason field like time when the 
status changed or the user who changed the status. Could you please guide me

I want to fetch Enabled.Time/Enabled.USER etc values from Status History field.
