ITSM 764 Sp2, ARS 764 sp2 Weblogic with midtier 8.1sp2 Oracle, Linux We had to upgrade our midtier to 8.1sp2 because of the IE10 rollout within or org. We are now seeing menu fields are no longer appearing in SRM. The question is on the screen but the field with the menu does not appear. Also, the required by date (field at the top of every SRD) no longer auto populates. We have also tried version 8.1 on Windows Tomcat and have the same issue; menu fields no longer appear.
