1. Turn on the user-log and parse it
2. Create an API-program that polls the server for usage and base your report
on the result
3. Use the free version of RRR|License for system-wide monitoring per
application
4. ADV: Use the full version of RRR|License for detailed user statistics,
optimization and multi-tenancy-support
