Hi List, I need your assistance, in reagrd to Flush Cache setting of Mid Tier. In our Production server Mid Tier, I found, detail of last run of Flush is coming as blank, whereas on both Dev and Test server, it is showing when Cache was flushed last.
As I understand Cache flush is a schedulded job, and it automatically happens. Can someone please tell me, from where I can find the option that Flush to Cache has been schedulded or not, and it is also running or not. Impact - I found on Production server that, In BMC Dev Studio ,one of Remedy Webservice is showing different properties in Input /Output mapping, and not reflecting same properties while accessing to that WSDL via URL. I think reason behind is this cache has not been flused. Can someone please assist?
