Description: Develops, codes, test, and debugs new software of enhancements to existing software. Responsible for retrieval of data from existing systems, and automation of retrieval methods. Responsible for support and maintenance of Remedy based systems. ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Has good understanding of business application. * Works with technical staff to understand problems with software and resolve them. * Resolves customer complaints with software and responds to suggestions for improvements and enhancements. * Assists in development of software user manuals. * Demonstrates software. * Assists in the development of assignments and schedules.
