I am receiving "ARERR [552] The SQL database operation failed. : ORA-38141: SQL plan baseline SYS_SQL_PLAN_19c5fd83b7bfd1e7 does not exist" when refreshing the Incident Console. When the Console first opens and the table refreshes it returns the error, when I hit the Refresh icon it returns. However, if I select Open (under Incident Counts) then the table refreshes fine. This is only affecting Incident Console and is present in both in User Tool and mid-Tier.
