Hello If you get rid of IIS, you solve the problem and make your life easier. It's unlikely IIS is doing anything useful for you. So kill it, enable the Tomcat HTTP connector by uncommenting the <Connector /> (probably set to port 8080) in the Tomcat conf/server.xml, restart Tomcat, connect to http://host:8080/arsys and you're done.
