Thanks for the suggestion, John. The image does not have a border. The image was uploaded to SRM via the Service Request Marketing Slide Management page. I'm asking if anyone with SRM experience has run into this issue and how they went about fixing it.

There are various answers depending on how mid tier rendered the image/link.
