Hi,

The AR System Historical License Usage form is enabled under Admin Console ->
System -> General -> Server Information -> Configuration -> License Tracking =
All Licenses.

Note that this form does not track Floating Reject events. If you need that,
you must resort to the user.log or form based user logging in the frm AR
System Log: User. This logging is turned on under Server Information -> Log
Files.

All the above formats can be used in conjunction with the FREE version of
RRR|License to generate license usage reports:
https://rrr.se/cgi/index?pg=license

If you only need the overall counts of licenses you can use Server Statistics
and Applications Statistics that will store infromation at an interval in the
forms Server Statistics and Application Statistics. These are configured in
Server Information -> Advanced and in the Application Statistics Configuration
form.

You can use our License Threshold Notifier to make use of the Server
Statistics and Application Statistics: https://rrr.se/cgi/licnotify
