I'm assuming you want to import them as a bulk import? IF SO, then you need to create a directory called 'attachments' in the directory that your data import file exists and keep your images in that directory.
As to what the names of image file should be, a simple exercise should give you a clue. Export some data from a form that has attachments, and see the name that is given for each exported attachment in the attachment directory that the export process creates automatically. Then reverse engineer what you need to do. I do not remember the format of the name offhand.
