Hi All, Never had to do this before and can find anything in the documentation. I have a requirement to use a web service to get a list of Incidents. In the OTB HPD_IncidentInterface_WS Get Operation HelpDesk_QueryList_Service the input mapping is
Qualification
startRecord
maxList
My question is about the syntax of the Qualification. If I do an Advanced
Search in the client or browser it would look like this
('Create Date' >= "3/24/2014" AND 'Create Date' <= "3/25/2014")
Is the syntax the same or do I need to put something around it like quotes or
some character to encapsulate the query? Aldo if someone can point me to some
documentation that would be awesome.
