I have BIRT Designer installed on my desktop and create reports and run them through BIRT Designer and then take the .rptdesign file and add it to the Report form in the AR System.
I've never used a BIRT Viewer to view Remedy reports outside of Remedy (unless it's in BIRT Designer). And it has to be BIRT Designer 2.5.1. Did you follow all the instructions in the white paper "Using a BIRT Editor to Create or Modify Web Reports?" Not sure if it will help with viewer, but there may be some info in there that you can use. The viewer is working fine for Oracle reports but not for Remedy reports. Although we use the same three JAR files when building the reports, and the reports we build work fine from Remedy web, the BIRT viewer errors out. Has anyone accomplished this? Thank you.
