I am investigating scalability issues between BPPM through IBRSD into ITSM 7604. IBRSD is configured to work into a Private Queue with Min Threads 2 and Max Threads 8. Under load we are not seeing it use any more than Min Threads even though a backlog in IBRSD processing occurs. Testing continues and we plan to increase Min Threads to see if this helps but I was wondering if anyone else out there has experience with this situation.
