Hi All, I have a project to upgrade ARS and ITSM from 7.1 to 7.6 but we are not able to setup a reference server of the OOTB 7.1 environment. The install fails on the Unix server and we have exhausted all attempts to create a reference server. However, we need the reference server to identify the customizations because there is no documentation on what has been customized. Does anyone have def files from a 7.1 OOTB environment or know a workaround to be able to identify customizations? What is the impact if we run the upgrade without identifying the 7.1 customizations?
