Hi All, Please note the information from below BMC ITSM documentation link so that your install / upgrade goes well. The compatibility issue is only with SLM 8.1 GA and ITSM 8.1 Service Pack 1 . There are no issues with SLM 8.1 and ITSM 8.1 GA .

Workaround: Upgrade SLM before SRM.
