Hi, It's great you could resolve the issue . Few points to note about patch installers : 1] It is a bundle of hotfixes. 2] Each installer will refer *InstalledConfiguration.xml for understanding whether this is the right version to patch and which products to patch.
Eg. # AR patch installer will refer to AR_HOME\ARSystemInstalledConfiguration.xml #ITSM patch will refer to BMCRemedyITSMSuiteInstalledConfiguration.xml I will be happy to help you more on any other patch installer queries.
