The 8.1.01.001 [ which is 8.1 SP1 Patch1 ] contains only MidTier fixes. When 8.1 Sp1 Patch1 was planned , critical fixes were shipped as part of it ; all of them being MidTier in Patch1
@Frank : The AR Server Patch Project consists of multiple features / components viz. AR Server , Approval , Assignment Engine , Email Engine , MidTier , Developer Studio. So the installer name is AR Patch but it has updates only for midTier. Lets say if in future 8.1 SP1 Patch2 is shipped for AR , Approval fixes then they will be part of same installer called as AR System Patch Installer 8.1.01.002 . Please excuse me as I may not write exact name seen on installer title. Do you have any specific query here ? which is still un-answered ?
