Hi Team,
We are trying to load the new CI's into the Business Services class using UDM
8.1 , The job is getting failed in Error on Reconciliation in validation step.
In Carte logs i'm able see "Instance not found". The CI's are getting loaded in
BMC.ITSM.CI.DATA dataset but not in to asset dataset. We are in servergroup
environment and we runinng this job in Admin server. Has anyone faced this kind
of issues in UDM.
