Hi Abhishek, Check below things -
1. Is your FTS Plugin config running? 2. Do you see any records in ft_pending table at DB side? If you have large number of records try deleting them & commit the change & retry the operation. 3. Check FTS related entries in ar.conf. 4. If you can share arftsplugin.log, ar,conf, arerror.log then it would be great.
