update :  during install to port 700   sysem creates all files and appears
to run
under restart it and attempts to start doing "Steams?" over 445 -- Not a
MSSQL guru
not sure why it does that or why it moved the port...

the application server service bmc server does not start after a failed
install
give some ms error 1067
