Hi Francois,

If you are using Tomcat try stopping it and clearing everything in your
equivalent to the following directory:

C:\Program Files\Apache Software Foundation\Tomcat6.0\temp\

Cheers

Peter

Subject: Atrium Explorer - UIComponent - not refreshing

**

Hi All,

We are trying to show the Name of a CI in Atrium Explorer instead of the
Short Description. We have added the required entries to the
BMC.CORE.CONFIG:BMC_UIComponent form but it seems that it does not refresh
after 10 minutes according to the documentation.

We have tried to clear (physically delete) the mid-tier cache files and
PluginsCache files.

Any ideas on how the refresh or what control the refresh of these entries,
maybe a how to will help me here :-)

Thanks

Francois
