Hi,

I have done something like this with an UP and a DOWN button next to the
table. You just click on the row you want to move and click UP/DOWN to move
it.

I then have a sort-integer in the form data that I will increase/decrease when
moving the records. If you have numbered them in a straight sequence 1-x from
start, you just need to swap the selected rows number with the +1 or -1
number.
