Hi, In our production environment, we had used 'Goal Set on App form' to calculate the service target based on custom field in HPD:Help Desk.
Although we can see the custom field is getting set but in SLM:Measurement ReferenceEndGoalforRequestBasedSVTsFieldValue field is empty even in OOTB filter created during Data Source rebuild is mapped with custom field which is getting set. We can't reproduce as it is production. Please suggest if anyone faced similar issue and got any resoution.
