Hi Shashi, Can you please one dummy record from Asset form from Computer System. Take a report from User Tool and check the Class Id field. The Same record will popup into BMC_ComputerSystem from CMDB form.
if nothing happen,thn Atrium console and delete the record from Purge job and do the same activity. it will show the record with that class.
