Sonia, Log Analyzer will give you good stats on average idle time for threads and such, and from there what you want to look for is low idle times...that can be an indication that your threads are being overtaxed....Danny's presentation is a good one :)....I produced a tool recently that will log into your system and provide you with all of your Queue's and the current threads as well as max configured.
