That's the conclusion I came to as well, Phil. Removing the qualifications cleared the error message, though it did reveal a quirk in the UDM:Execution Form. When trying to map the fields on my DO Form to their identical counterparts on UDM:Execution Form, the field named "Operation" resolves to the keyword $OPERATION$. I had to rename my custom field to Operation1 to get past that.
