No, it won’t install Atrium Web Services. Web services to create incidents, etc, are installed as part of the ITSM installation so you will get these.
BMC recommends Atrium Core Web Services and the Web Services Registry are installed on a separate server. However, since you are using the stack installer I assume you are building a temporary system for evaluation so it should be OK.
