Hi, This is used when Migrator needs to import "shared" workflow to a system where one of the target forms referenced in the workflow is not present on the destination system. Migrator creates a "place holder" form reference (name only - not an actual form) to allow the successful import of the workflow.
These forms should be replaced with the actual form name when the migration is complete. If you are seeing place holder forms then the migration package created was not complete (i.e. missing the forms) or the workflow is referencing a form that was deleted and the associated workflow has not been updated to remove the said form.
